I'm Bahar, the co-owner and lead planner at Bouvardia Events. My name translates to "spring" in Farsi, and just like the season, I'm here to infuse a breath of fresh air into your wedding plans. The journey of Bouvardia Events started as a favour to a friend, blossoming into a full-fledged venture after a stunning wedding day. Fuelled by this success, I obtained certification from the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada (WPIC) to officially wear the hat of a wedding planner.
With a background in engineering and over seven years in the software realm, my professional life has molded me into a detail-oriented, organized, and thorough individual—traits seamlessly transferrable to the world of wedding planning.
Among my friends, I'm the designated planner for everything from dinner parties to multi-city international trips. My knack for planning traces back to high school, where I contributed to year-end musical productions, and continued through university as the logistics coordinator for engineering networking events. Planning, it seems, is ingrained in me—it's practically my middle name.
When not navigating the intricacies of Google Calendar, I dedicate my time to the heartwarming task of raising and training both assistance and pet dogs. But that's a story for when we meet.

I'm here to meticulously hammer down all the nitty-gritty details, ensuring your vision is flawlessly executed. From negotiating contracts with vendors to orchestrating seamless logistics on your wedding day, I've got it covered.
